Born in Oklahoma City, Colin Clark grew up a lover of music.  After years of playing guitar his curiosity moved him toward the study other instruments such as piano, and cello.  However, It wasn't long until he realized that it was in composition where his true passions lay.  In 2010 Colin began his studies at the Berklee College Of Music in Boston, MA.  A life long lover of film and film music, he majored in Film Scoring and studied composition privately with professor Dennis Leclaire.  While attending Berklee, Colin received the Quincy Jones Award for his short orchestral work The Twilight Hour.  In 2013 Colin received his Bachelor of Music in Film Scoring, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

 

Since graduating, Colin has scored short films and animations as well as the indie feature Swine, in 2013.  His music can be heard on countless television shows such as American Ninja Warrior, Savage BuildsWolves and Warriors, and many more.  Colin has also had his music featured as the theme onVet Gone Wild, Bellator, and Pioneers.

 

Colin currently resides with his wife Stephanie at their home in Frazier Park, CA.  He remains active writing music for television, films, and animations as well as his own personal concert works and arrangements.  When not writing, Colin enjoys watching films, baseball, studying the works of the masters, and rambling around in the clear air of the local woods and mountains.
